This website is operated by Pyrmont for the purpose of selling products to end consumers. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You may not: (a) use the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (b) interfere with or compromise website security; (c) collect data from other users without consent; (d) make fictitious purchases or abuse our systems.

All product images are displayed as accurately as possible, however actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen calibration.

An order is considered valid once payment confirmation has been successfully received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that are suspected of fraud, contain pricing errors, or are out of stock.

Stock levels are shown in real-time. In the rare case that an item sells out after payment is received, we will contact you to arrange a full refund or product exchange.

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately at checkout.

Payments are processed through Midtrans, a payment gateway licensed by Bank Indonesia. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets available through Midtrans.

A transaction is considered complete upon payment confirmation from Midtrans. We are not responsible for payment failures caused by issues with the customer's bank or third-party network.

We endeavour to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes stated. Delays caused by natural disasters, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Pyrmont.

Risk of damage or loss during transit is the responsibility of the courier. We recommend documenting the condition of your parcel before opening it. Damage claims should be submitted directly to the relevant courier.

Orders that have not yet been confirmed for shipping can be cancelled directly through the order tracking page on our website using your order number and email address. Once an order has a tracking number assigned, cancellation is no longer possible — please request a return after the item is received.

For paid orders, cancellations will be processed with a full refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, subject to Midtrans processing times.

Product returns follow the policy outlined on the Shipping & Returns page. Products that do not meet the return criteria cannot be returned or refunded.
