Delivery Area
We ship to all regions across Indonesia. Delivery to remote areas (3T regions) may require additional transit time.
Couriers
We partner with JNE, TIKI, and POS Indonesia. Available courier options will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days for Java and Bali, and 4–10 business days for other islands. Estimates may vary during peak periods such as national holidays.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and destination city, and are displayed transparently on the checkout page before payment.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 WIB on business days will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
Tracking Number
Once your order has been dispatched, our team will send the tracking number via WhatsApp to the number you provided at checkout.

Non-Refundable
All items are non-refundable. However, you are entitled to a 100% refund if the item you received is damaged, broken, or if we shipped you the wrong item.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our team via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the issue as soon as you receive your order. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange the return of the item and process your refund.
Eligibility
You may request to change the size of your item after it has been received.
Item Condition
The item must be returned in the same condition it was received in — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs for a size change are borne by the customer.
